Visiting old Friends or spending time with new friends. ..is good for your soul. Sometimes clearing your mind and listening to your heart is the best "attitude adjustment" .

I completely get the bike thing---no spandex, no helmet, no racing on a twenty speed---a winding road and a basket on the front and you're set.... Everyone needs a break, a time out. Not permanently, just to regroup and get back in the rat race....
